Important: Photos Required — To process your claim:

  • AAON requires photos of the unit data plate for all warranty submissions, including documentation of any leak testing performed.

  • For compressor claims, email a clear photo of the compressor tag

For freight and/or warranty part not returned to AAON per RGA request please provide PO.
